Reasons for Child Care Plan


 

You will need to explain to the court why the Child Care plan you want is in the best interest of your children. If both Petitioner and Respondent agree, the reason can be something like: Petitioner and Respondent agree that this Child Care plan is in the best interest of our children.

If Petitioner and Respondent do not agree, then you should carefully detail why this Child Care plan is in the best interest of the children. The following are some examples:

Petitioner's adjusted gross income is higher than Respondent's adjusted gross income.

Respondent's adjusted gross income of is higher than Petitioner's adjusted gross income.
